Great Stoneface Park Loop

Difficulty: Moderate, several up and down paths and roads

Time: 1 1/2 hours


Start at Great Stoneface park at the corner of Thousand Oaks Blvd and Yosemite Rd.  Take Indian Trail downhill from Yosemite Rd to The Alameda.

Cross the street to the west side of The Alameda and go right for a short distance.  When you reach Upper El Paseo path, take it downhill to San Miguel Ave and continue downhill on Lower El Paseo path to Vicente Ave and turn right.

Go several blocks and get to Visalia Walk on the right.  Take it uphill to Menlo Place and turn right.

Follow Menlo Place to Thousand Oaks Blvd and turn left.  Go several blocks, passing Great Stoneface park, until you reach The Arlington.  Cross to the east side and turn right.  After a short distance, you get to Turnbridge Lane.  Take it uphill to Southampton Ave and turn left.

Go a short distance to Chester Lane.  Take this uphill to San Luis Rd and turn left.

Go a short distance and you get to Santa Brabara Path on the right.  Take it uphill to Santa Barbara Rd and turn left.

Take Santa Barbara Rd to The Arlington, cross the street, and turn left.  When you get to San Antonio Ave.  Take it a short way where it meets The Alameda.  Follow The Alameda to Vicente Walk on the right.  Take it downhill to Vicente Ave and turn left.

Follow Vicente Ave to Thousand Oaks Blvd and tun left.  Take this for several blocks to reach the starting point at Great Stoneface Park
